In relating the circumstances which have led to my confinement within this refuge for the demented, I am aware that my present position will create a natural doubt of the authenticity of my narrative.

Food Post
Ex wife stayed over last night - I cooked lamb-chops in honey and mint, tossed (heated) frozen mixed veg with rice and a bit of butter for the side. The talk is reconciliation - ex-wives know all your vulnerable spots.
